Mid Z

The Mid Z-Mode setting is the sound of traditional active bass.

This clean, clear sound is considered highly desirable and about 60% of all basses sold fall in this sound category.

In a traditional setup, the impedance load on the pickups was set by the combined effects of the volume and balance pots and the input impedance of the preamp module. We have selected the most desirable impedance load but created it in a stable configuration independent of the position of the volume or balance controls.
